In the beautiful living room you find an Italian designer leather couch, large dining table with four elegant chairs, Persian carpet, blackout curtains, a large flatscreen satellite TV and a decorative wall unit with movies, books and games.

In the bedroom with double bed there is another flatscreen satellite TV, nightstands, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A baby bed with high-quality mattress may be added. From the bedroom you may step out onto a cosy balcony with a teakwood table and teakwood chairs allowing magnificent views of the Hoher Göll mountain range.

The second bedroom features two single beds, nightstands and a spacious wardrobe. A baby bed with a high-quality mattress may be added. From the window you have a gorgeous view on the corrals and the mountain scenery of the “Sleeping Witch”.

The fully equipped kitchen is very cosy with two bistro chairs and a bistro table, dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc.

In the kitchen, there is also a combination of washing machine/dryer for your unlimited free use.

Directly across the apartment on the same floor lives the on-site manager with his wife. They are always happy to help you with possible problems or questions.

The apartment has its own private garden of ca. 180 sqm, for your exclusive use, with a manicured lawn for relaxation. Garden house with terrace, parasol and high-end garden lounge furniture/dining area as well as a barbecue area with a Weber grill. The garden is fenced in so that your dogs may romp around at their leisure and is located separately directly in front of the house.
